Usually happy hour varies with each establishment. But if that's what you're going there for I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Food and drinks are excellent.
Not certain about when happy hour starts I believe we got there about 5:00 and it was already started. But know that it is not cheap. It's rather pricey. You can tell that when there are no prices on the menus. However the service and the food are excellent.
