I believe that you can have your bike serviced at any HD dealer for warranty work
You can service it anywhere however if it’s not a Harley-Davidson authorized dealer you should keep your invoices and or receipts to prove you are still keeping your bike in specifications of warranty
Should be able to go to any HD dealership
Mike Morrison answered your question you can go to any authorized Harley-Davidson dealership for any type of warranty work. Sad to say some dealerships don't have top quality mechanics.
Any dealership can service your bike. Especially under warranty
