We stopped by to see the summertime display. They offered free ice cream cone or sundae, balloon sculptures for the kids and face painting. It was a good event. The mall was pretty vacant and they only had low end retail shops. A bit desolate. It’s thought to overcome in this economy. The grounds were in great condition. Low attendance.

Another dying mall! Terrible experience. 2 food court places still exist. And maybe 3-5 stores. It's completely awful. Not being maintained at all! Complete pieces of the ceiling missing. Save yourself a trip....just don't go

This place was beautiful at one day and time. A majority of the business are closed or generic t shirt shops now. The top floor with access to the Ritz was 1000 degrees heat and smelled of urine. The people strolling this mall area were possible homeless and needed a warm place to be. It was sad to see parts of the Celine’s missing and the escalator not working. The main stores are cricket and Dunkin’ Donuts. It was grimy and dirty. The two pictures I took display the potential and beauty that is still there! The ceiling in the train area is gorgeous.

I love Downtown Cleveland. It's just absolutely gorgeous! Tower City is in the center of it all. Seeing those lights lets me know I am home.
