I’ve recently grown an interest in learning to ride so I stopped by for an hour. I was instantly treated like part of the family and have never received such a warm welcome at another business like I did here. Kevin showed me around and introduced me to everybody and talked me through my options as a beginner. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to buy my first Harley!

Seemed pretty nice. Service folks where super nice and informative. Sales people are what you expect. One was real pushy so I moved on but Josh was super laid back and personable. Someone I would work with if buying. Floor associate I spoke with for clothing and such had the personality of a wet rag. Overall I guess the place is better than average but it all comes down to customer service as a whole. Store management should review this regularly and probably do but since its a job buyers market most people that are subpar get away with it.

Dee in the service department is a great communicator. She explained every thing to me and kept me advised on my bikes progress. Greg in parts is very knowledgeable about what I needed. And was very friendly. Even the sales staff on the floor acknowledged me. Spoke to me in a friendly manner. Thank you Rock n Roll Harley.
