This location used to have good service, but ever since they installed the self-service kiosks (which work about 50% of the time) it appears that they downsized their staff so service, speed and quality have all suffered.

Generally all restaurants in Lakewood are slower. Lakewood is very laid back, and we prefer it that way. Even both McDonalds and Burger King in Lakewood are slower than what you would find in neighboring Cleveland. To me the food is slower but hotter and their is better service given
I don't know anything about their services! I had to use the restroom. I haven't ate McDonalds food in 30years
Depending on the shift changes and the staff very simple in my opinion now they have self serve kiosks
Theyre pushing 200 plus sandwiches an hr..mostly drive through..
