To-go practices are pretty great, though mostly plastic disposables instead of paper now, so not really "safe". Inside, masks are required and tables are usually sat every-other, though everything seems pretty laid back. I would rate them a 3/5 for Covid safety.

Aside from some regular staple apps, an excellent selection of Vegan dishes, killer tacos and specials, I've noticed over the past few years, its definitely seasonal. Winter, spring, summer and fall, you're going to be seeing something related to the season.

Hi Loretta! We do offer many Gluten Free items on the menu marked GF by the item. Many of our items are refined sugar free...please ask while you are there. Our dressings are not sugar free so we can substitute with oil and vinegar. Our meats are Greener Fields Certified so we do not have any antibiotics or growth hormones in our meat options. We serve organic veggies and use Olive oil for cooking. We do not have Ghee. Our cheeses all come from local vendors but are not grass fed. Our eggs are pasture-raised.
