There clean and very safe with kids there is a always a police and a security there so strict with the speed. I love this community ❤

Where these building built before or after 1991? due to the constant issue with the structures of buildings being unsafe for any building built prior to 1991.

They were built after 1991. And they are always doing maintenance just change the roof of all units.
