Call and get a tech person to walk you thru. Im probably switching soon cause my speeds slow down alot and then i mysteriously get calls n ads saying to upgrade
I've been having trouble with mine too. I had tried to unplug n plug back in several times to reboot didn't work. I called several times, just got recording but they fixed it. Not very happy with their service of late. It goes off a lot in the middle of a show, n reboots itself VERY ANNOYING. Seems more they add the worse the service gets. YEARS ago they would give you a free month to make up for it. Now they don't care about their customers. Just my opinion.
