Hey Erbin, In NY we pending the year and value, we would fill out a NY State form MV-35 ( which states you are the vehicle owner, but do not have a valid title) along with a copy of your drivers licence, we would be able to remove and recycle the the scrap car. give us a call at 631-226-2277 to set a FREE tow up...
