How can I get to speak to a representative

Phone response sucks...once connected 5 mons later told them disconnect they never did and now an additional $10. Charge...Suga.. 109 quick courteous service..

If you call just keep saying representative. Eventually you will get a real person. It is easier to go to one of the offices. I recently visited the one on 109 in Lindenhurst and they were super helpful.
