I'm spending more time in front of computer screens these days and think I have eye strain. What can I do about that?

Besides making sure the computer is located where glare is minimal, adjusting some computer settings can help. You can filter out blue light by using the "night mode" setting all the time. You may also want to adjust the brightness settings. Font size is another variable that you can control. Reading a lot of small type can definitely result in eye strain. And remember to take breaks from the screen throughout the day.

Great advice. Also, successively blink four times to rest your eyes has been suggested.
