My appointment time was 3:30, I got called at 3:35. The wait time was short, and the waiting area was spacious. Both the staff members and the doctor were friendly to me. I always suspected I had something in my eyes, the doctor confirmed that I was not crazy after a careful exam. She prescribed me some eye drops and told me to check back in another month. My vision doctor in the optical store also did similar exams for me but didn’t find anything. This is why I always trust NYU doctors more. Good experience today!

There are bad reviews for a reason - the phone staff is always annoyed and they treat you like your also annoying them. save your energy.

Lerane, Anbin, Sharon, Jinglin, & Ashley, are amazing! Lerane was the main person to be with me during my MRI and he was so sweet and kind and made sure i was okay through my anxiety! Everyone there was more kind than any other experience I’ve had out of state. Beautiful vibe best people !!!
