Today I was visiting the eye doctor (Ophtalmology) and this visit was very successful, very good attention from the completely bilingual staff. And very professional Dr.Ophtalmology. very good doctor looks for the way and the way that what you went to comes out pleased. My eyes were always red, I tried a drop in my eyes, which often changed my eyes as before, I feel very happy and I recommend this place to anyone who has vision or eye problems, go to this place and you will be very pleased.

I'm spending more time in front of computer screens these days and think I have eye strain. What can I do about that?

Besides making sure the computer is located where glare is minimal, adjusting some computer settings can help. You can filter out blue light by using the "night mode" setting all the time. You may also want to adjust the brightness settings. Font size is another variable that you can control. Reading a lot of small type can definitely result in eye strain. And remember to take breaks from the screen throughout the day.

Is it possible to get cataracts twice?

Green Team ETNA | Oct 13, 2020
New York Ophthalmology - South Bronx | Oct 13, 2020

No, technically that's not possible because laser cataract surgery involves removing the natural lens that has the cataracts and replacing it with an artificial lens. There is a condition informally known as "after-cataracts." Its actual name is posterior capsular opacification, and it can have symptoms similar to having cataracts. Fortunately, the condition can be treated with a relatively simple laser surgical procedure that takes about 5 minutes.
