You can sign up locally at the theater or in the main Epic theater website. Just follow the link.
Go to the theater and someone will sign you up for their loyalty program in the lobby area.
Their website is a little wonky, but if you go to the epic theatres main website and sign up there the rewards should be universal for all epic theatres.
