I bought our tickets online & we were not able to make it to the showing- can it be refunded or changed to a different day?

We had something come up and I had my tickets refunded but I called before the showing.

If the showing has passed then no. If ita for an advanced showing yes.

I am not sure I would call and ask. I dont see why they wouldn't.
