Air filled tires and nitrogen filled tires are basically the same. Nitrogen can hold longer, however it comes at a cost and has to be done at a dealer where as air is free (depending on where you go to get air).
Honestly I've never heard of that. I would be afraid to have those kind of tires in case of a blow out it could be a blow up! Lol 😂
