This was a really shockingly good experience for me, and NTB is very lucky to have Scott working at this location. I’m a 23 year old woman and I went in for a brake check, because I wasn’t sure if anything was wrong but have had a lot of issues with my car and wanted to get some peace of mind. I never felt like the people who helped me today condescended to me even though I didn’t know the terminology to describe what i was “feeling” in my brakes so I’m sure I was being incredibly vague and unhelpful for their diagnostic purposes. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I felt safe in my car, and explained what they were doing so that I might know what to look out for and describe if it happens again next time. I also waited in the store for about an hour while they worked and I heard Scott at the desk helping a lot of other customers too both on the phone and in the lobby (it was super busy) and it is clear he goes above and beyond every time to save his customers time and money and make sure they get the best service. I have never had a BAD experience at an NTB before (i’ve been to the Dublin one several times) but this one really stood out in how comfortable and well-heard I felt. I will definitely try to go back to this location any time I have trouble again!

Service was friendly and relatively quick. There were some issues due to new and not fully trained staff but they seemed willing to quickly correct them and offer discounts for future service in order to make up for the inconvenience.
