Service was good. Alignment and tire balance solved my problem. ( Vibration in the steering wheel. But, my issue is no one called me to let me know that my car was ready as they normally do. I was next door having bfast while waiting on service to complete. I was told it would take about 90 mins. But after 2.5+ hrs, no call. I happened to look in the service lot and there was my car. Had been there for almost 2 hrs. Once got into the service desk, there was 1 customer ahead of me. But that took another 15 mins to resolve. There was a system issue that the counter tech couldn't resolve with that customer's Tire Discounters credit card. He had to call into headquarters and they appeared to be confused as well. After a long call..my turn. Once I got to the desk,.it only took 3 to 4 mins to check out and get my keys. But there were at least 6 customers in line behind me. Yikes. Y'all need more help and training for the desk rep. As he finalized the previous customer's situation, He mumble something about it would have been nice to know how to handle the customer's issue. He was frustrated as well. I felt sorry for him.

Last place I’d every go , went in got quoted 690 for my tired without my military discount. Kyle I believe his name was tried charging me 780. He told me I was wrong and he he was the right price… happy I got the original quote from him … says family owned, it’s not a family I’d want to be a part of.

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.
