I would call the store to speak to management. This could be an oversight of resources or just someone under performing. The employees do care and I'm sure it's the former rather than the latter.
Janet I believe your question should be directed to the employee(s) hired to work in lawn and garden. They are supposed to follow a regular schedule of watering & maintenance. Unfortunately, we're all just lucky the Walmart employees show up. Having worked at Target years ago I can state unequivocally retail jobs suck. And food service is worse. Maybe you could get a meeting or have a phone conversation with their District Manager to address your anger. Who knows yoy might get a job offer! Best of luck in all your future endeavors!
