Ben was a lifesaver. We were out of state to move our son into his college dorm and we forgot the keys to the storage unit. It was 4pm on a Saturday. We called several locksmiths in the area and Ben called us back quickly. He made his way to us within 30 min. …and even paused his dinner prep to help us out.
