Horrible place. Unclean. Lots of temporary staff. My father in law was there and contractef C-Diff There state survey reports were a nightmare with major violations. My father in law was discharged there from the hospital and we got him out of there fast. Currently they are under investigation because a staff member left the med cart unlocked and some residents stole medication. I did nursing home placements when I did social work. No matter where you place your loved one, the ombudsman office will advocate for you if you are unable to get issues resolved or if you think your loved ones rights are being violated. As for Eaglewood, just run.
Since the facility is under new ownership and new management, it is 100 times better. The facility is clean and home-like. Residents are treated like family! And, the food is delicious and nutritious.
