Do I need to rent a Pavillion or is it first come first serve?

You can reserve one but the ones that are not reserved are first come first serve. They are pretty big.

Un reserved Pavilions are available as a first come and if necessary sharing is encouraged.

You can pay a rental fee through the Parks office on the property. Then it's yours and no one can claim it. It's first come, first serve if you don't want to pay. You can call the office for pricing and I believe they might take payment over the phone.
