There is no cost to enter American Dream mall, and each attraction has its own pricing.
To the mall? The entrance is free (as parking currently is as well) but the amusement parks, ice skating rinks, and skiing have entry fees that vary. Check the American Dream website for the most updated costs.
There is no cost for admission. For Nicolodean and other activities there are several prices. For now they are not charging for parking. But then maybe they are charging.
