Yes. The only thing open were the 3 big attractions. Big Snow, Nickelodeon and the other one. Only store that was open was Sugar. As you said, the stores will open in March.
Currently the mall has a soft open, they have the Ice ring, the skiing slope and the Nickelodeon theme park open. Only store is SUGAR. Im not sure if all the retail store are slated to open at the same time or each store has their own opening date
