Once u purchase a ticket for one of the attractions. U should have gotten a email stating what u purchased and the day. U take that on the day u intend to go and they scan the QR code.

What event did you purchase tickets for? It is possible that your credit card blocked the purchase from going through. I just bought tix for SeaLife a few days ago and had no trouble at all.

There are no tickets to purchase to enter American dream mall. Only the activity require tickets and they usually email instantly. Check your spam folder or call the activity company to get ticket confirmation.
