How can anyone get in contact with the owner or higher ups in regards to a bad experience at the water park for special needs children??? Worst experience ever! I will never go there again, and make the autism community aware.

I would suggest talking to a principal in the local East Rutherford school district and talk to them about your experience. They will be familiar with local special needs support groups. I'm sure management at the mall would want a chance to make amends . The problem is an inability to make that contact. That's why I reccomend calling the local school district, lots of special needs personnel. If management knew of your problem, I'm sure that they would love the opportunity to make it right!
