The mall opens at 11am. If you went on a Sunday, only the attractions and restaurants will be open. The mall is in Bergen county and they must follow the Blue Law. It would definitely be best to keep that in mind if you ever plan on traveling to a town in Bergen county on a Sunday.

Don't go out a Sunday if you want to buy clothes & apparel
On Sundays the mall is open but some stores inside the mall are closed. The "blue law" in Bergen county says that there are certain things that cannot be sold on Sundays. The same law applies to every mall and other stores in Bergen county. If you go to Walmart or Costco you will see some sections of the store are blocked off so that you do not take from those categories. They have to follow the rule too. The main category that you cannot buy on Sunday is clothes. There are many stores in the mall that only sell clothes, so those stores do not open on Sunday.
The mall opens early but the parks are not open till 11am most of them.. including shopping center...I went on a Saturday I don't know about weekdays
When??? I know the water park opened at 1 on the Thursday I was there
