Will there be a resort on the premises or will there be hotels nearby affiliated with the theme park?

I read earlier today there are 2 hotels planned for next year but this part of NJ is not short of lodging space from suite type hotels for families to upscale hilton and marriott properties all within a 5-20m ride.

There are hotels of every price range and comfort level within an exceptionally close distance. Remember the mall is right next to the football stadium so there has been infrastructure for this sort of thing well in place.

There are many lodging places nearby I live in weehawken and we have several hotels and housing open so probably lots of air BNB's as well btw weehawken is 5 minutes away

I remember when the mall was still in its start up phase way back in the early 2000s... and bidders who wanted to build the mall were being asked to put their hat into the ring. Triple 5 was one of the original bidders and they had plans for hotels, an office park and residential housing. They were turned away because the project was too grandiose for the parcel of land the mall was going to be built upon.:( Figures they are going ahead with hotels.:( Who told them they could do that?:(
