What can the library do about employees or customers smoking in the front? I know they put out signs by the door that says no smoking within 100 feet but nobody seems to follow that.

This is disgraceful. It is expressly prohibited by law & against library policy. It is disgusting & sets a terrible example for people entering the library. Speak to Dennis about directing security to enforce this rule immediately.

I believe that this questionable behavior, should be brought to the attention of upper management immediately. Also calling 311 , and making a complaint always helps. Good luck to you.
