Our mother passed away in a New Jersey nursing home at the end of September. As a private pay family, I can tell you that the room and board rate alone, averages $15,000 a month, or more! The County-run nursing home in Rockleigh is much less, but right now, based upon factual information in my possession, they have a corrupt Medical Director, Administrator and Nursing Director, so I would not recommend anyone go there, until these individuals are replaced!
