No. There are no surcharges at the box office because all the tickets are sold out. If by chance the show is extended and more tickets go on sale then maybe you can stand in the line and get some but for now you have to accept the fact that you cannot purchase tickets at the box office and there are no surcharges on tickets they do not sell.
The show is sold out. The last batch was for Jan 2019. You might get lucky and get onto a cancellation line before the show, and save on Ticketmaster surcharges, or get super expensive premium tickets.
