Great theater for a Broadway show!! It’s on the smaller side, but with steep seating you have a fantastic view even in the upper mezz. Seats are a little tight in the knees, and bathrooms are very small which quickly causes a long line, so be prepared to run for it or wait. Overall, whatever tickets you buy in this theater will be worthwhile!

Smooth reception good seating

Beautiful theater! The theater itself is stunning! The seats are so tightly packed together leaving you with barely any leg room. The show itself was five stars! The story is a story that needed to be told and they told the story so brilliantly. Not a bad seat in the house! All seats are good seats in this theater!

Hi Jessica- Unfortunately, Dear Evan Hansen doesn’t have any ASL-Interpreted performances currently scheduled. All Shubert theatres provide on-demand, hand held devices for Closed Captioning, Audio Description, and Assistive Listening at all performances, beginning four weeks after a show’s official opening night performance. These services are currently available at the Music Box Theatre and reservations are not required. Please visit the Shubert Audience Services kiosk inside the theatre for more information and assistance. The attendant will be happy to set you up with a device. You can also download the free mobile app at the theater, or save time and download from the comfort of your own home. Simply search GalaPro in the App or Google Play Stores from your I-Phone or Android smart phone. Kind Regards, Lisa F. Audience Services Coordinator

Hi Tom Our box offices are not open to sell tickets yet. Tickets for many shows are on sale now on Telecharge.com, with more coming over the next few weeks. Hadas
Call and let them know
Most definitely not.
There are several shows so consult with website for times.
Hi Sean, The box office opens at 10 AM monday-saturday. You are welcome to purchase tickets for any of the on-sale, available dates. Best, Theatre Operations
Hi Aida: The theatre does not have an elevator. Please visit telecharge.com for more details regarding accessibility. Best, Theatre Operations
not to my knowledge. todaytix is probably your best option
I assume you are talking about dear Evan Hansen. If so it's about 2.5 hours with intermission so plan on about 430pm
how much?
Hello: Telecharge.com is the official ticket seller for the show. If you wish to purchase tickets at the Box Office, the hours of operation are Monday through Friday 10 AM - 8 PM, and 12 PM - 6 PM on Sunday. Best, Theatre Operations
Contact the place that you purchased the tickets from
please advise on the question above. Thanks.
Yes they do. This ia a recent upgrade.
I don't think so. There was a woman sitting next to us who had a suitcase iin the aisle next to get seat.
12-6pm
If you have an emergency and live out of town, the box office will work with you.
Great show. I dont believe there are surcharges
Depends on which play, but get there before they open
I took a large bag, and that was fine. They will look into it, and might ask you to go through it, so a smaller backpack would probably be easier. (That being said, calling and asking them directly would be the best choice if no one else knows for sure backpacks are ok.)
Matinees are usually only Wednesday and Saturday. Sunday shows are in the afternoon also. There is always the cancellation line if the show is sold out.
There mightve been a show
There is no direct phone number (as with most box offices in Broadway theaters). You'd need to either visit in person or call Telecharge if you want tickets to Dear Evan Hansen
Call the box office. They will be able to provide you with the cast details.
January 16.
