I am Pastor and I came with a party of 8 and had a reservation and the greeter was so rude and dis did respectful. Told us until all our party was standing there the would not seat us. She told us to just sit at the BAR until she was ready to seat us. Them several children came and sat at the bar which is illegal and they were jumping around kick me and others sitting there. I asked to see a manager and was told the manager was not in the building. I even called in while I was sitting there. Finally we were seated but not even at the same table together. This was supposed to be a womens gathering and we could not even hear each other because we weren't sitting togather. I've been going since The 70s and the was the first time we were treated poorly. I believe the greater was trying to enpress the manager. She not kind to people of color even though she was a person of color herself

Went there a month with a party of 20. We were seated within 15 minutes. Service was adequate. Guess they knew a big tip was coming.

I went there recently and the girl in the front is clueless she needs new hospitality training or hire someone else that can handle the job apparently she can't.

Was there Sunday my server was a bit sassy at the mouth, we thought it was a bit rude. My Cousin did speak to him and he didn't apologize but he did tune done the sly comments/responses after that. Yes they are more expensive now, but we did enjoy the food and they know we are willing to pay for food. And no debit card without chip no sign either that could have taken a bad turn our bill was over $300.

They have lost their touch, i went last year it was great. Just went last week and the service sucks they dont even ecept debit and their are no signs and they wait till you're already dine eating to make you use their ATM.

I went on a slow day in the early part of the week, not too busy, so service was decent. Maybe it was a bad day for your server, not an excuse to be rude.
