Yes, bathrooms are at the 117th & Morningside Ave. entrance to the park, and at the 123rd st & Morningside Ave playground. Bring your own wipes and/or toilet paper. There is also a Starbucks at 110th and Manhattan Ave, across the street from the southern end of the park, and they have a bathroom with a changing table. And there is a Starbucks 2 blocks over at 118th & Frederick Douglass Blvd, no changing table.
