Not sure what you're referring to but parking is free. Unless you want to park in the first few rows up front. Then you need to pay for premium parking online.
Handicapped parking aka ADA is Free first come first serve so is general parking. You can however purchase VIP parking. I would suggest going to their website for additional information on your specific event
