99% of the time its rain or shine. The event would basically have to impact structures and human life to cancel. Ponchos are your best bet.... wear boots.
If weather is severe enough they will cancel. But it would have to be a really bad storm. Otherwise, the show will go on.

No they dont cancel shows . Some of the best show ive seen was i. The rain. Dress appropriately, bring clear plastic drop cloth if your out on the lawn .
