It really depends on the concert you go to. Some wull allow the camera while others restrict what kind of camera is permitted
When I was at warped tour they had cameras. The website says that you can't have professional cameras and they classify that as anything with a removable lens but people definitely still had those kind of cameras at the show for Warped Tour
Yes you may bring in a camera.
I think they check it at the metal detector then you can bring it in but not 100% sure. Was there a week ago do not remember if I saw cameras.
