Look on their Facebook page they post info for each show. I believe lot opens 4pm for all shows.
So for anyone else interested in the answer to this question. I found out after I posted the question that the lot opened at 3:30 for that particular concert. Each concert is different. You can find the times on the Live Nation site on the event details for each concert.
We were there at 4.30pm and it was open
