As stated, its all about how far you're willing to travel. There are plenty of beaches within 20 minutes of the PNC Bank Arts Center. But you'll find closer accommodations in Hazlet and Middletown.

We Had No Issues At Oyster Point Hotel & It Was 5/6 Miles Away! However, Best Western & Some Other Inns Are Closer To PNC!
Depends on how far you are willing to drive. The closest will be in Hazlet NJ on route 35. Which is 1 exit away (2 - 3 miles). Long Branch is a beach town which is about 15 miles or so. Depending on what you want to do there is Point Pleasant which is near by (20 miles or so).
