I live in queens and would like to run my drift cars on the track instead of parking lots. What are the qualifications to run my kyosho inferno gt2 nitro on the track? And what kind of transponder do I need. I'm more interested in practice runs.

As there is no designated space to drift in the park, there aren't any requirements. However, this park is massive with tons of space. My suggestion is that you bring your own "traffic cones" to mark off an area for yourself. This keeps you and others safe. Then....go to town. But, I must add. There are very few spots where the ground is super smooth and without imperfections.

We don't do drifting in the park only drag racing, hopefully I was helpful enough.
