I had my covid test done today around 11am.
I was told that I will receive an answer in 30 minutes. It's been more than 2.5 hours.
When I call your phone number no one picks up the phone and I still did not received an answer.

I got my test results in 15 minutes twice. First they've printed it, second by mail. But waiting time before testing was about 3 hours in a line.

I once waited about 3 hours for an email with the results from them. It was nerve-wracking but eventually the email came, and all was good.
