Very poor customer service. Maybe because it’s a holiday weekend but with healthcare you expect some sort of professionalism. Providers were late and the receptionist/nurse didn’t want to let me. I’m in acute pain and said I was sitting down. Waited until someone showed up before checking me in despite having an appointment. Then when she took my vitals she wrote them down on a paper towel. Seems more than a bit unprofessional. Unfortunately it is the closest place for me and in a pinch it’s better than the ER.

The staff was professional and polite and saw me quickly. The doctor took an interest in my health and me as a person and didn’t just read the results of the COVID test which was negative. I was very relieved.
