Good afternoon is there a responsible adult in office to speak to when one of your busses hits another vehicle, been calling for 2 weeks person in charge is never there

there is no one in office all the time

I believe there's a person in charge so when you call then ask for that person

You have to keep on calling or maybe just show up to the office
