No, it's a flat rate, there are a few employees but they explain everything when you enter
Yes the payment is for 1 hour only. The host did give me some pointers on taking pictures. But there is no one to take all the pictures for you. You can use the ring lights they have in each room, but I recommend you bring a friend to get the pictures and angles you want. My husband went with me and took all my photos.
