Why do you hate and mistreat the Vets you are supposed to be serving?

Why would you ask me such a question I don't hate anybody let alone the vets

Immaturity of the employees enjoy serving veterans and have family members that are veterans. However there are some that work whose intention is to treat anyone that comes in like a number and this is unacceptable. At the Erie VA Medical Center you'll find the highest level of professionalism and courtesy to veterans. Most and some of the employees not only have family members of the United States armed forces but some of our people here have also served in the United States military under various different positions to bring forth peace for the United States in the world.
