Yes we can exchange it if the product is not been used with the original packaging & Receipt with in 3 days
I SPENT 52.OO THERE THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING SAID CALL THE MANUFACTURER GO TO SWEET LEAF THEY DO REFUND OR EXCHANGE XOXO
i agree with Justin if the mod wasnt what i was hoping for they would help me find what better suits me.
Not sure about returns but they will do exchanges as long as the one going back is still in the original box
