Highschool diploma or above (GED is now counted as a diploma for job hunting purposes, it doesn't show up any differently than any normal diploma would)

I'm not well versed in which positions your skill set could open you up to at Lockheed, however there are quite a lot of older people employed there, including seniors. I'm sure if you apply at entry level, you'd have a good chance being hired. I had no experience going in, but a few words from my dad to some of the people there put me at the top of their hire list a year ago. Good luck.
