No, but if you have a large party common courtesy and sense is probably welcomed.
I don't think you would need to here. I haven't witnessed a wait long enough for reservations to be needed really. Just my opinion. If you have a large party it is always good to let the restuarant you're going to know a bit a head of time, but you should be just fine here either way.
