I returned my equipment august 25 and cancelled my account and GCI is still taking money from my account. How can I get them to stop and refund the payment they took from me in September?

Just need to call them, gather your evidence and stick to your point. GCI will try to take all they can!

Call customer service but remember that they take payments in arrears so they may have been entitled to one more payment.
