Great option for wireless in the country setting. Employees were very professional and knowledgeable about the service, set up and use of the router. The internet service is super fast and affordable. Would recommend this business for anyone in the Odon, IN area.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They signed me up for the new IPTV in less than half an hour. Answered all my questions, scheduled my service appointment and I was finished. By the way, I had a Sparklight tech at the house Thursday and he was awesome. The best cable guy I've ever had. I think his name was A. Evans.

So far so good! We’re new customers and have only had service for 3 weeks. No outages or freezing up in the middle of a movie. The technician was knowledgeable and polite. We were told the cable would lay on top of the lawn for about 3 weeks until the contractor could get it buried, since they were behind. However, they were able to get it completed in a little over one week. They did a neat job. We can barely see where it was buried. Great customer service. If they say they will return your call, they do!

⭐'s wouldn't Have even gave one star but had to to be able to leave a review but after 12+ years finally going to cancel service ridiculous pricing that just keeps raising w/o notice think it'd be different for long term members but I have the bundle package phone, wifi, and cable and haven't used phone land line for at least 4 years. But no more will I pay upwards of $300 canceling in the next day or 2 and others funny waste time and money
